Its lovely to welcome Anna Vetturini from Italy to our home this week. Her parents own a wonderful rose garden in Assisi, Umbria where I go to every winter to work for a week to help them prune near;y 2000 roses. They have become very good friends over the past 8 years. It is a great privilege to be entrusted with their lovely daughter on her first lone trip away from home and she enjoyed her visit to the rose garden at David Austin Roses where I work.
